Raffle Terms & Agreement

CG520 52cc Weed Eater — Ticketed Raffle (Electronic Draw)

1. Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at time of purchase.
• Employees, contractors, agents of the Organizer (and their immediate family members) are not eligible unless expressly permitted in writing.
• By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchase

• Each raffle chance costs $10 BZD.
• There is no limit on the number of chances a participant may purchase, subject to availability.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable except where required by law.
• Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and authorizes the Organizer to process the purchaser’s contact details for purposes of the raffle.

3. Drawing & Winner Selection

• The drawing will occur on September 29, 2025.
• The winner will be selected by electronic random selection using a recognized randomization app to ensure fairness and verifiability.
• The Organizer’s selection is final and binding in all respects.

4. Prize

• Prize consists of one (1) CG520 52cc Weed Eater, awarded as described.
• No cash alternatives, exchanges, or substitutions will be provided unless required by law or agreed by the Organizer.
• The prize is provided “as is.” Any manufacturer warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer and is not provided by the Organizer unless expressly stated.

5. Winner Notification

• The winner will be notified by the contact information supplied at time of purchase (phone, email, or other).
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first contact attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

6. Delivery / Collection

• Collection or delivery arrangements will be provided once the winner is confirmed.
• Any costs associated with delivery (shipping, taxes, import duties) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organizer.
• The Organizer will require a signed acknowledgement of receipt when the prize is collected or delivered.

7. Publicity

• By participating, the winner consents to the use of their name and/or photograph for publicity and promotional purposes related to the raffle, unless the winner provides written notice declining such use.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• The Organizer is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
• Participants agree to indemnify the Organizer for any claim arising from their negligence, misuse of the prize, or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Compliance

• This raffle is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in Belize.
• The Organizer is responsible for obtaining any license or permit required by local law.
• This document is not a substitute for legal advice. Participants or the Organizer should consult legal counsel for compliance questions.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

• By purchasing a raffle chance, you (the purchaser) confirm that you are eligible and you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement.
• All proceeds from ticket sales are final. The Organizer’s records are the official record of entries for the raffle.
