At Pump It Up Fitness Studio ("we", "us", "our"), your privacy matters. We collect only the information necessary to run our gym, process payments, and communicate with members.

  • To register members and manage memberships.

Payments are processed securely through our gateway provider. We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only when required by law or to protect our rights.

We retain member account and transaction records as needed for legal, accounting, and operational purposes. If your membership expires (see Terms), we may retain records as required by law.

Terms & Conditions

By making a payment on our website or at our point of sale, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration Payment

  • The registration payment is a one-time, nonrefundable, nontransferable, and final payment.
  • Registration grants you membership status. Membership does not expire by time; however, it will expire if you stop attending for six (6) consecutive months.
  • The registration payment is separate and not the same as a monthly subscription.

2. Monthly Subscription

  • Subscription payments are monthly, nonrefundable, nontransferable, and final.
  • Subscriptions are not a contract; you choose when to pay and attend. Access is granted only for the period you have paid for.
  • If you do not pay for a month, you cannot attend until payment is made again for a future month.

3. Operating Hours

4:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday
Closed

Note: Although subscription payments are monthly, we do not open on Saturdays.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are final. No refunds or transfers under any circumstances.
  • Making a payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

5. Member Conduct

  • Follow posted gym rules, respect staff and other members, and use equipment responsibly.
  • We may suspend or terminate access without refund for unsafe or inappropriate conduct.

Agreement

By completing a registration or subscription payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the Privacy Policy and these Terms & Conditions.

For online checkouts, add a checkbox like I agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions and require it before payment submission.

1. Eligibility

  • Participation is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at time of purchase.
  • Employees, contractors, agents of the Organizer (and their immediate family members) are not eligible unless expressly permitted in writing.
  • By purchasing a ticket, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • Each raffle chance costs $10 BZD.
  • There is no limit on the number of chances a participant may purchase, subject to availability.
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable except where required by law.
  • Purchase of a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms and authorizes the Organizer to process the purchaser’s contact details for purposes of the raffle.

3. Drawing & Winner Selection

  • The drawing will occur on September 29, 2025.
  • The winner will be selected by electronic random selection using a recognized randomization app to ensure fairness and verifiability.
  • The Organizer’s selection is final and binding in all respects.
  • The winner will be officially announced on our Facebook page:

4. Prize

  • Prize consists of one (1) CG520 52cc Weed Eater, awarded as described.
  • No cash alternatives, exchanges, or substitutions will be provided unless required by law or agreed by the Organizer.
  • The prize is provided “as is.” Any manufacturer warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer and is not provided by the Organizer unless expressly stated.

5. Winner Notification

  • The winner will be notified by the contact information supplied at time of purchase (phone, email, or other).
  • If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days of the first contact attempt, the Organizer reserves the right to draw an alternate winner.

6. Delivery / Collection

  • Collection or delivery arrangements will be provided once the winner is confirmed.
  • Any costs associated with delivery (shipping, taxes, import duties) are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Organizer.
  • The Organizer will require a signed acknowledgement of receipt when the prize is collected or delivered.

7. Publicity

  • By participating, the winner consents to the use of their name and/or photograph for publicity and promotional purposes related to the raffle, unless the winner provides written notice declining such use.

8. Liability & Indemnity

  • The Organizer is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the raffle or use of the prize.
  • Participants agree to indemnify the Organizer for any claim arising from their negligence, misuse of the prize, or breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Compliance

  • This raffle is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations in Belize.
  • The Organizer is responsible for obtaining any license or permit required by local law.
  • This document is not a substitute for legal advice. Participants or the Organizer should consult legal counsel for compliance questions.

10. Agreement & Acceptance

  • By purchasing a raffle chance, you (the purchaser) confirm that you are eligible and you expressly accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Agreement.
  • All proceeds from ticket sales are final. The Organizer’s records are the official record of entries for the raffle.
